We are a family-oriented practice that is dedicated to providing beautiful smiles to all of our patients in the Fresno, Visalia and Reedley area. Our two highly experienced family dentists are not only bonded by their love for dentistry but by their strong family ties as a father and son team.

Cosmetic Dentist Dennis Ikuta, D.D.S.
Cosmetic dentist Dr. Dennis Ikuta was born in Reedley, CA and graduated with honors from Parlier High School, U.C. Davis, and the University of Pacific School of Dentistry. After two years training at the Mission Neighborhood Health Center in San Francisco, Dr. Dennis opened his private practice in Reedley in 1976.
Since his practice opened, Dr. Dennis has enthusiastically continued his postgraduate education in a variety of ways. He has received extensive training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), which is considered by many as the premier post graduate dental training center in the world.
Cosmetic dentist Dr. Dennis and his team are certified for Laser Dentistry and Bioliner (non-braces orthodontics). He has also been acknowledged in the publication "Guide to America's Top Dentists."

In addition to his advanced training in neuromuscular occlusion, aesthetics and restorative dentistry, orthodontics and implants, Dr. Dennis is also a clinical instructor at LVI, helping train other doctors. He is on the advisory board for the Reedley College Dental Assisting Program and is a member of the following professional organizations:

Cosmetic Dentist Deric Ikuta, D.D.S.
After high school, Deric went on to graduate from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Biological Sciences in 2002 and was then accepted to the highly regarded University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. He graduated the University of the Pacific Dental School in 2005, and has been working with his father ever since.
Since receiving high marks on his National and State Boards, and receiving his degrees and license, Deric knows his learning and training will never be complete. If you aren't moving forward you are falling behind.
Deric has completed all of the LVI core curriculum, and passed his fellowship exam. At the time, he became LVI's youngest Fellow. Since obtaining his Fellowship, he has continued to take many classes from LVI, Fresno Madera Dental Society, and the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics.

Dr. Deric Ikuta is a graduate of the Kings Canyon Unified School District K-12. He has been active in academic and athletic teams and has received many accolades including:

Minnie - Dental Hygienist
A resident of Reedley, Minnie has worked for Dr. Dennis Ikuta since 1977. She holds an AS degree from Reedley College Dental Assisting program, and a RDH Degree Fresno City College Dental Hygiene Program. She has extensive training in the use of state-of-the-art equipment and materials, including the use of lasers for therapy, cavity detection, and the treatment of gum disease and infection. Always warm and helpful, she will do what she can to see that you are comfortable, healthy, and happy.
George - Patient Coordinator
George is our patient coordinator and high tech specialist. He is a Reedley High and Fresno State graduate. People love him for cheerful attitude, his desire to help people, and his ability to learn and incorporate our new technology.
Lisa - Dental Assistant
Lisa, was born and raised in Bakersfield and received her dental assisting degree from San Joaquin Valley College. She moved to Reedley with her young daughter and husband and fell in love with the area. Her quiet demeanor hides the fact that she is experienced, bright, organized, and quite caring and comforting to everyone she meets.
Fran - Dental Assistant
Fran is originally from Madera, received her dental assisting degree from Maric College, and helps in both clinical chairside and administrative duties. She is warm, friendly, easy to talk with, and is eager to help you in any way she can.
Eileen - Dental Assistant
Eileen was born and raised in Dinuba. She received her Dental assisting degree from San Joaquin Valley College in 2010. She has enjoyed learning about all the advances in dentistry and technology that we use in our office and can't wait to learn more. She is a hard worker who also finds the company of her coworkers extremely pleasant and enjoyable, which creates a fun and rewarding work environment. Eileen also cares deeply about our patients. She derives a great deal of joy and satisfaction knowing that she is giving the highest level of care which our patients deserve.
