TMJ and a lifetime of grinding my teeth worsened my bite. My symptoms included periods of having my jaw locked, jaw pain, shoulder pain, asymmetrical posture and daily headaches. While we are still in the process of restoring my bite, the symptoms have been 90% eliminated.
