The Root Canal Procedure

1. The decayed soft tissue/dental pulp is removed from the root of your tooth
2. The tooth canal is thoroughly cleaned to eliminate bacteria
3. The tooth canal is filled and resealed
4. A porcelain crown or another restorative procedure is often performed to further stabilize the tooth and improve its appearance
