Proper brushing
Hopefully, you’ve been brushing your teeth every day since you got them, but are you doing it right? I recommend brushing at least twice a day. Ideally, you should brush and floss after every meal. But are you brushing the right way?
For instance, do you brush not just your teeth, but also your tongue, cheeks and the roof of your mouth? You should – because that’s where bacteria can grow, which can contribute to gum disease and bad breath. Additionally, did you know that you don’t need to brush very hard – gentle brushing is just as effective? If you’d like more information on brushing, please visit us – I’ll happily give you a “refresher course” in proper toothbrush techniques!
